Total body workout using free weights, bands, sliders and low impact cardio. Using compound moves, we work on strengthening muscle groups to enhance daily living.
Be Fit and Dance
Monday 6:00 pm Pollard Studio
Start your Monday off on the right foot with a cardio dance class that incorporates toning routines for legs, abs and arms. Along with easy to follow choreography and it's an exercise class that doesn't feel like exercise. All levels welcome!

Cardio Crunch
Thursday 6:15 am Italian Center, Stamford
A solid cardio class that includes both weighted and non jumping options. Twenty minutes of cardio followed by ten minutes of core work. You will be ready to face the day after this sweaty workout.
Flex, Stretch & Recover
Friday 7:15 am Italian Center, Stamford
The perfect way to end the week. This total body stretch class includes mobility, flexibility, deep breathing and recovery. After working hard all week, enjoy this time to be kind to your body.
